DropStop© increases efficiency and minimizes cost by preventing accidental dropping of expensive

disposable devices. This cost-effective tool has the potential to save your facility hundreds to thousands of dollars just by securing items such as laparoscopic tissue sealing devices, staplers, arthroscopic devices, and other instruments to the desired position.

DropStop has been proven to prevent devices with cords, such as Trendelenburg or airplane, from falling when different positions are required. Still readily available, items can be secured at a 90 degree angle while not in use.

Frequently used items, such as cautery pencils, suction tips, and pulse lavages can be constantly within arm’s reach, decreasing the need for surgeons to divert their eyes from the procedure. This enables them to keep their focus on the task at hand. DropStop can be placed anywhere on the drape or surgical gown. This allows each user to customize the placement according to their individual preferences.
